Many clients start this process feeling overwhelmed, but rest assured this is our area of expertise, and we will guide you through all considerations to create your perfect kitchen.

Best of all, this service is Free! So you have the time to decide if we are the right company for you.

Following your consultation, your designer will spend (on average) 10-14 days working on your design and quote. Once this is ready, you will be welcomed into our large Fyshwick showroom to be presented with 3D drawings of your new kitchen, and a detailed quote, which outlines every cost involved in the project. We prioritise transparency in our kitchen renovations, ensuring you know precisely what you’ll receive.

We offer a no-pressure service. We don’t expect you to sign-up with us upon receiving your  quote. We understand big decisions take time and consideration. Use this time to contact your designer and ask questions, and consider the proposal you have been presented.

If you decide we are the right renovation company for you, WELCOME to The Kitchen Company family! Our clients are very special to us, and we take a lot of pride in working with each and every one.

Once the paperwork is sorted, we will confirm your Installation date and request a 30% deposit. Your Installation date is locked in for you. With 98% of our kitchens installed on schedule, you can trust that we are committed to delivering as promised. We understand our clients have busy lives and aim to minimise the stress of renovating by ensuring you can rely on the dates provided.

This is a very important meeting that will take place in your home approximately 4 weeks before your installation. Our Project Manager will meet with you to confirm all the measurements, discuss the process, answer all your questions, and give you a detailed schedule outlining exactly what is going to happen and when. He will then be your main point of contact to manage trades or answer any questions or concerns you have along the way.

This is our time to shine! Our experienced team of Cabinet Makers will be busy constructing your new kitchen. You can take this time to prepare your home for the upcoming renovation. A great opportunity to declutter!

This next part can be a bit of a renovating blur! A lot happens in a short amount of time but rest assured you will know the schedule and be kept up to date by our Project Manager.
